The deer hunting in Nebraska offers two types of species that one may hunt for. The white tail deer, which is more often than not found close to wooded areas, creeks, and where they bed down. They are a very timid creature and will bolt at the slightest hint of danger. Which is why these Nebraska deer are so challenging and exciting to hunt. The other species of Nebraska deer are the mule deer. These deer are not as challenging as the white tail deer because the mule deer has a tendancy to only run a short distance and then stop to look behind them. The mule deer is the perfect deer for a teenager who is just getting into the hunting sport.
